Description
ASAP Talent Services is engaged by a global software business to help recruit & hire a talented Software Sales, Account Executive who will soon manage the account product as a Director. This is a hands-on and lead role helping a new SaaS Enterprise Reporting solution to market.
Note: It is highly preferred that you have experience with SAP's Crystal Reports as the client has a new GTM Reporting SaaS Solution that will take the place of Crystal Reports and other reporting solutions.
Although the parent company is large, global, and established - this role will be taking a new SaaS product to market.
Successful Profile:
- 8-12+ years in Software Sales
- Hungry - Driven - Proactive - Go Getter - a Hunter Type (not just a farmer)
- Experience running targeted drip campaigns and sequencing campaigns or utilizing Software Tech that helps you with direct-selling / targeted marketing
- Leads Zoom or MS Teams product demo's and set's up 1st meetings with customers that would benefit from our SaaS Solution
- Speaks with CIO, IT VP, and Director, Enterprise Reporting about their plan to replace Crystal Reports (which will be phased out of the market)
- Any prior experience in Enterprise Reporting Software (Crystal Reports) is a bonus
- 3-9 month sales cycles to close $50k to $350,000 sales deals
- KPI and Analytics Driven - thrives by accomplishing 8-12 demos per week and over 35+ product demos per month.
- Software Sales AE that has worked in a tech-startup or smaller SaaS that is new to the market
**The role will be a hands-0n Sales AE that also is the Sales Manager for a new Product and could coach/mentor and lead others as this team grows in 2024-2025**
Location: Any major city in the US (Ex: Dallas, Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Chicago, etc.) Travel as required.
Target Compensation: $125-140,000 + bonus for OTE ($200k+)
