Avoid These Common Recruiting Mistakes

When it comes to recruiting new talent, many of even the best companies are prone to make some mistakes that could limit the pool of talent they draw from. Today, I’ll discuss some of these mistakes so that you can improve your internal recruiting practices. First, you need to consider how critical the role is, how time-sensitive filling the role is, and what the margin of error is. Oftentimes, you can find a large number of applicants by just putting out an ad, though you need to be aware of whether or not you can handle a large influx of applications.
