Erek began at ASAP Talent Services as co-founder and partner in 2006. As an account management and recruiting specialist, he primarily focuses on SAP talent placement and spearheading cross-industry opportunities on a national level.
He engages with both Information Technology leaders and SAP Professionals to enable fulfillment of career goals for top-talent and skilled talent acquisition for clients. Erek oversees SAP experts, IT experts, and Fortune 500 hiring managers to find and place best-of-breed talent for ASAP Talent clients.
Prior to ASAP Talent, Erek led in sales for five years, culminating in the management of a multi-million dollar, ornamental steel supply company. He is a proud husband and father of one son and two daughters. As a former collegiate swimmer, Erek’s highly competitive spirit, along with his deep sense of ethics on a personal and professional level serve as anchors to deliver significant impact for organizations around the world.
