As a social sourcing, account management and recruiting specialist, she primarily focuses on talent placement in hard to fill locations and with niche skill sets. Certified in social and media search, she also uses search tools and marketing strategies with specialized groups to locate talent for client orders, successfully. Her background in HR Workforce Management, Operations, and Career Succession enhances credibility with C-Suite executives for delivery.

Prior to ASAP Talent, Tanya has led recruiting organizations as a Talent Attraction Manager, Client Relationship Manager and Sourcing Lead. Her multi-vertical experience enhances her ability to locate talent and foster relationships spanning years, increasing her network of professionals visible both on LinkedIn and other social sites.
