Before beginning her career in executive search and recruiting, Polly worked as a Software Engineer, developing hands-on expertise in Java, object-oriented programming, and Visual Basic. That technical foundation gives her a unique ability to understand both the technology behind the roles she recruits for and the talent required to make complex IT and ERP initiatives successful.
Polly has built a national reputation as a trusted advisor within the SAP community and is recognized as a top-performing SAP recruiter. Her success is rooted in deep market knowledge, long-standing relationships, and a commitment to creating the right match between clients and candidates.
Polly lives in Los Angeles and, outside of work, enjoys yoga and spending time with dogs.
