Software Product Manager – (Retail SaaS, Supply Chain)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Product Manager (SaaS) to lead and define software product strategies for optimizing warehouse, inventory, and RFID operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software product management and business strategy, enabling them to analyze emerging technologies while evaluating market potential. This role requires deep technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market and technology opportunity analysis, including strategic competitive assessments for robotics-driven warehouse operations.

Define “WHAT” needs to be done and “WHY” based on market and customer requirements.

Support marketing and business decisions with comprehensive rationale and data-driven insights.

Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product strategies.

Conduct market and customer research to shape product direction and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and other teams to define product details that align with customer demands.

Provide market and customer insights to the product engineering team, oversee customer evaluation programs, and craft messaging for product-related issues.
Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in software product management, preferably in SCM/Warehouse operations, Inventory, Order Management Systems, ERP or any complex SaaS solution. Industry knowledge in Retail (brick and mortar retail) is a bonus!

Proven ability to identify business problems, develop solutions, and measure impact through KPIs.

Strong communication, execution, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

Expertise in product lifecycle management; Agile development experience (JIRA, user stories, backlog management) is highly desirable. Software Development in Distributed Systems, Complex Database Schemas, Distributed Caching, Front-End Layers, etc.

Experience with SaaS-based enterprise products is preferred; SOAP, XML, API, REST, Mobile Applications, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a top-tier institution is required; Master’s degree/MBA is a plus.
