A Customer Care Account Manager : Wanted !

We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Account Manager passionate about driving the development, performance, and maintenance of customer care activities for a global software company. This position will work with our existing customers, and internal teams.

**We're hoping to hire a bi-lingual or tri-lingual Account Manager with proficiency in English/German or English/Italian, etc.   This is a home-office and hybrid role for someone anyone based anywhere in Europe (UK) - perhaps Ireland, England, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.

 What missions ?

The Account Manager manages the entire installed base within the territory (UK/MEA, Asia-Pacific). She/he must monitor all accounts, identify potential opportunities and risks, and act accordingly. She/he applies continuous communication to successfully lead the customer base. She/he is the intermediary between the Software Company, sales, technical support departments and the customer.

Who are you ?

  • Experienced in enterprise software sales and customer care to all levels (incl. executive level)
  • Proven ability to maximize sales through a value-driven customer service approach
  • Great listener, contract negotiator, and sales oriented coupled with good organizational, presentation, and financial skills
  • Knowledge of new market developments and trends
  • Hyper-collaborative internal partner working to build strong relationships and personal credibility across the organization
  • Must be flexible to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Capable of building long term relations and adapting target account sales philosophy
  • BBA/ BA / BSc in Business or related field / MBA would be preferred
  • English, German language will be perfect, some Italian would be a bonus
