ASAP Talent Services is the leading SAP-focused search firm in the US. Our SAP Recruiting Team has been engaged by a global client to help recruit & hire multiple SAP Architect level roles for their Houston location. These are FTE corporate roles (direct-hire on W-2) but a hybrid work schedule allowing for home office work with some travel to corporate offices.
JOB DUTIES:
Designing and deploying security solutions that enables the business community to achieve
their goals while providing proper control;
Analyze processes/End-user needs and deliver quality solutions that meet both business and
functional requirements; work on end-to-end implementation;
Work with change management guidelines ensuring the security-related transport move to
production;
Develop functional specifications related to security by coordinating with Project
teams/Business;
Work with quality and compliance controls and Audit groups to facilitate strong controls
around user/system access;
Proactively Interact with senior management to discuss and explain issues affecting users;
Prepare and present proposals related to projects that will improve functionality and support;
Fetch SOX/adhoc reports on monthly/quarterly/semi-annual basis;
Provide production support for existing security roles and positions/functions;
Develop procedures, processes and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality
of the process; Support non-production systems in testing/changes.
Lead a team of employees, consultants and contractors on projects or non-project work.
Work closely with SAP functional teams to create roles that meet with audit requirements as
well as meet functional requirements for end users
Troubleshoot complex access/permissions issues
Work collaboratively with a team to design, build and deploy security frameworks, devices
and applications
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related field or
equivalent in years of experience.
10+ years in-depth experience in SAP Security with at least 2+ years with S/4 SAP Security
(S4 version 1709 , 2020 or beyond experience )
Excellent communication skills and troubleshooting skills
Very good understanding of role remediation, setting up of SAP Security processes
Experience in SAP security engagements including S4 HANA, GRC, cloud applications
Should have a good understanding of SAP Security Role design (S4 HANA) & GRC
Architecture.
Experience in delivering GRC, S4 HANA and Fiori Solutions. Hands-on skill on SAP Security
and Authorization for ECC, SAC and SAP GRC AC administration, configuration &
integration.
Good knowledge of Fiori Artifacts, HANA DB and S/4HANA Security.
Experience in supporting end-to-end SAP Security projects, Security and GRC workshops,
testing support, Cutover prep and Hyper care activities.
Expertise in SAP Security automation and scripts creation for mass maintenance.
Expertise in Running and publishing various SOX reports like, UAR, Critical Actions, SOD,
Critical Permissions, Firefighter Log Review
