Our SAP Recruiting Team has been engaged by a Global Leader (Manufacturing) to help recruit & hire a full-time employee in Atlanta, GA. The role is Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days from home).

Key responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement SAP SD enhancements and solutions in a global environment
- Drive global template standardization while accommodating necessary localization requirements (US and international markets)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FI, CO, and MM teams to ensure seamless integration across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Finance processes
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, functional specifications, and documentation
- Partner with ABAP developers and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
- Support business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices
- Execute and coordinate SIT, UAT, and deployment activities
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and process governance across systems
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP SD for the US region within a global organization
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost efficiency
Experience Required:
- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of Project Management and Team coordination experience
- 5+ years in Consulting IT Companies or IT departments of multinational Groups working in similar job positions; Most qualified candidates will have over 8-10+ years of total I.T. Professional Experience.
- Strong experience in SAP SD/OTC (ECC and/or S/4 HANA):
SAP SD enhancements and configuration (Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Logistics, etc)
Global SAP environments (multi-country deployments)
Localization requirements (US compliance, tax, billing, logistics)
- Proven experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
- Coordinating and monitoring development tasks performed by internal teams or external partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- IT Demand Management experience in a complex environment, able to collect the business requirements and manage the priorities with the Business stakeholders
- Experience in delivering comprehensive project-level analysis, generating documentation such as business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, plan and coordinating the execution of SIT, UAT and deploy activities
Nice to have Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience with a Global Template implementation program with a multi-country Rollout
- Experience with the Automotive or Industrial Equipment Industry
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira for project management activities
- Functional knowledge of main Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance and Logistics processes
- Interest in combining technical expertise with the progressive knowledge of Enterprise Business processes and how to leverage technology as a means for Business evolution and expansion
