SAP S/4HANA SD / Order-to-Cash Business Analyst
The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of a global SAP S/4HANA landscape supporting complex, high-volume order fulfillment and logistics operations. You’ll help shape how the business sells, ships, bills, and delivers—designing scalable SAP solutions across Order-to-Cash, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, and Logistics Execution.

Role Summary
The SAP Business Analyst serves as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading solution design across SAP SD and related Order Fulfillment processes. You’ll own functional design for quoting, order management, shipping, billing, and logistics—ensuring solutions align with SAP S/4HANA best practices and global standards.
This role partners closely with SMEs, developers, and integration teams to drive consistent, repeatable solutions across business units and geographies.
Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design across SAP S/4HANA SD, Order-to-Cash, and Order Fulfillment

Design and optimize processes for quoting, pricing, sales orders, shipping, billing, and logistics execution

Drive SAP SD integration with WM, LES, 3PL providers, and external shipping platforms

Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configuration and enhancements

Own pricing procedures, ATP configuration, and multi-plant / multi-country SD design

Coordinate cross-functional solutions with Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Trade

Support S/4HANA initiatives, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts

Manage small-to-mid-sized SAP projects from estimation through delivery

Lead process workshops, testing, and user enablement

Ensure solutions align with global SAP standards and architecture
Required Qualifications
-
10+ years of SAP SD experience, including Order-to-Cash and Order Fulfillment

Bachelor’s degree required

Deep functional and configuration expertise in SAP SD (Pricing, Shipping, Billing, ATP)

Experience with S/4HANA SD and ability to articulate ECC vs. S/4 differences

Strong knowledge of logistics integration (LES, WM, 3PL, shipping execution)

Experience in multi-entity, multi-country SAP environments

Proven project delivery and production support experience

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms

Ability to manage multiple initiatives with minimal supervision
