ASAP has been engaged by a SAP Certified Partner - a Systems Implementation Partner, to help recruit & hire a National SAP AMS Practice Leader. The role will help lead, build, and grow a SAP Managed Services practice to include Basis Hosting and post go-live production support, application managed services, and other areas of technical 24x7 support including GRC, Security, and Backup & Recovery Disaster Planning, etc.
Primarily - the role is responsible to help build and grow the SAP Practice. Total package would likely be in the $260-280k range for a qualified SAP Practice Leader.
Location: Hybrid, any major city (USA only). Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred.
Profile:
- 15+ years in the SAP Industry - Delivery & Consulting or SAP COE
- SAP AMS / Managed Services and/or Basis Hosting Practice exp or SAP Basis Managed Services.
- Experience building hybrid onshore / offshore SAP Support Groups for both Private Sector (Commercial) and Public Sector clients (Federal, SLED, Military, etc)
- Early career strengths in SAP Basis, Basis Operations, Security, GRC, Infrastructure, Cloud, AWS, Azure, Hosting & Disaster Recovery Solutions, etc
- Hiring, talent acquisition, growth, culture and strategic direction
- GTM - go to market strategy and working closely with Sales & BD leaders
- Pre-Sales as the face of the SAP Practice with late-stage customers
- Potential speaking engagements - Sapphire, ASUG, etc.
- Hybrid/Remote role with travel as needed - East Coast or Central Time Zone preferred
