Title: SAP PP/QM Lead Architect, SME, Team Lead
Location: Any major city USA - prefer Central Time Zone, Mountain, or West Coast
Travel: 40-50% travel but 50%+ at home office
Ideal Profile:
- SAP PP/QM Lead should be able to independently lead the module and
drive & participate in business discussions; provide recommendations,
solutions in various processes. - Lead onshore and offshore teams and work with them to address
customer concerns. - Independently handle the accounts/projects either implementations or
support engagements
Primary Skills
- 8-12+ years SAP Experience; heavy life sciences preferred (Pharmaceutical, BioTech, or Medical Device)
- 3-5 Full Life cycle implementations
- Minimum of 1 S/4HANA implementation
- Strong Production Planning and Execution Skills
- Extensive experience in the end-to-end supply chain and
manufacturing process; including (but not limited to) Production
Planning, Forecasting, Purchase to Pay and Quality Management. - Expertise in SAP Production Planning – Discrete Manufacturing,
Repetitive Manufacturing Process Manufacturing, Production Order
Process, Planning Process – MRP, Sales and Operations Planning
(SOP), MPS, Capacity Levelling, Shop Floor Control - Expertise in SAP QM – Master data, inspection plan, calibration
inspection, Quality certificate, Quality Notification, Control charts,
Sample Management - Should understand how PP/QM interfaces with other modules such
as SD, FICO, and MM. - Variant Configuration, SAP Batch Management, Serial Number Mgmt.
- Handling Unit Management in production (Packing of Inbound &
Outbound delivery) - Working knowledge of the functionality of all of the other core SAP
modules (FI, CO, SD) and integration points. - Additional experience in the following areas would be a plus but not
necessary: SAP IBP, SAP PPDS (Detailed Scheduling), Integration to MES Systems - Experience with GxP Validation and Compliance
Target Compensation Range: $165,000 - $200,000+ (DOE and Tenure) ...possibly more depending on breadth and depth of expertise.
