SAP PP/SCM Functional Lead (S4 HA

We are seeking a talented SAP PP & Supply Chain Functional Lead to help guide delivery and new implementations primarily in S/4 HANA space for customers in North America and globally. SAP Rise, SAP Grow, and helping SME and Large Enterprise customers migrate from ECC (On-Prem) to S/4 HANA (cloud).
Job Description & Profile:
- 10+ years in SAP with deep focus in Production Planning and SCM including 3+ years in S/4 HANA with multiple full-cycle implementations
- Ability to help coach, mentor, and wear multiple hats in projects as a SME.
- Strong SME in SAP PP with cross-over expertise in MM, IM, APO, IBP and strong business process knowledge in Schedule-to-Produce, Engineer-to-Order, etc.
- Bachelors Degree in an IT related discipline and at least 10 years of relevant SAP PP experience in an applications development (not support) environment.
- A strong understanding of the SAP software toolset. Experience in configuration / coding, analysis, software deployment, systems development lifecycle; and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of and experience working with the Manufacturing Resource Planning; BoM’s, Routings, Labor/Standard Time Assignments. APICS or related certifications
- Excellent communications skills required to interact with both IT resources as well as users. The ability to give clear verbal and written information geared to specific audiences.
- Customer Interfacing Skills / Internal Stakeholder Management and great knowledge in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Must have the ability to absorb information quickly and make decisions as to how to proceed with each issue based on its own merit.
- Demonstrated design and configuration proficiency in SAP PP with knowledge of Item Master, BoM, and Routing / Labor Master Data, including creation of manufacturing schedules.
- Experienced with standard costing processes.
- S/4 HANA Experience Required (1909, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023)
