We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 15 - 18 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a SAP ISU solutions architect, Highly skilled and process understanding in core ISU modules like SAP IS-Utilities FICA, SAP IS-Utilities Device Management, and SAP IS-Utilities Billing and Invoicing, SAP C4C (Sales and Serices cloud version). The person in this role demonstrates breadth & depth of expertise in SAP ISU. Worked on Integration of SAP S4 with other external systems
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP ISU solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our utility clients.
- Oversee the integration of SAP IS Utilities to ensure seamless data exchange and system performance.
- well versed in Regulated and De-Regulated Market utility process
- Provide expertise in SAP IS Utilities FICA to manage financial processes and enhance billing accuracy.
- Implement and manage SAP IS Utilities Device Management to optimize the tracking and maintenance of utility devices.
- Develop and execute strategies for SAP IS Utilities Billing and Invoicing to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of SAP solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify and address potential issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all SAP implementations.
