SAP Delivery Lead and Program Manager (S4 HANA)

We are seeking a talented SAP Delivery / Program Manager to help guide delivery and new implementations primarily in S/4 HANA space for customers in North America and globally. The person in this role has likely been in SAP Project Management, Program Management and/or in a Leadership Delivery role for a SAP Implementation Partner for several years.
Profile:
- 10+ years in SAP with strong focus in Project Management, Program Management, and Delivery of new implementations and major global upgrades from ECC to S/4 HANA (greenfield, brownfield, etc).
- Stronger Functionally but well rounded knowledge of each of the key phases of major implementations: business process re-engineering, As-Is, To-Be, Master Data Migration, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live and more. Needs to have 3+ S/4 HANA full cycle projects completed and have strong experience moving from on-prem to cloud, SAP Rise, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, AWS/Azure, etc.
- Has led/managed key areas such as BTP Integration, CPI (Cloud Integration), Event Mesh and MDM teams as well as the functional leads across FI/CO, MM/PP, SD/OTC, SCM, Basis, ABAP, GRC, etc.
- 10+ years in SAP Methodology such as: Activate, ASAP, Solution Manager, etc.
- Great soft skills including Internal Stakeholder Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and ability to keep project on time and within budget, etc.
- Ability to coach, lead, mentor and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced and consultative environment.
