**SAP CX Analyst - Service Cloud V2 - UTILITY industry is a MUST!**
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop tailored SAP Service
Cloud v2 solutions - Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Service Cloud v2 modules to ensure
they align with client needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business
analysts, to integrate SAP Service Cloud v2 with other systems. - Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practices and regulatory compliance
within the SAP Service Cloud v2 environment. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption
of the implemented solutions. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the
implementation lifecycle. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the deployment and post-go-
live phases - Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Service Cloud v2 modules to ensure
they align with client need - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business
analysts, to integrate SAP Service Cloud v2 with other systems. - SAP Service Cloud v1/v2 implementation experience in Utilities industry (SAP IS-Utility)
- Ability to write functional specs, configure the system and problem solve.
- Strong understanding of utility business processes, including meter-to-cash, customer
service, and billing (SD, CRM, Billing). - Proven track record of successful SAP Service Cloud project delivery in a consulting
environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
SAP Service Cloud certification is highly desirable
