JOB TITLE:               IT Salesforce Solution & Project Specialist

 

REPORTS TO:          IT Manager

 

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (hybrid 3-2 Schedule)

 

TYPE: Full-time, 3 days per week in the office

 

JOB PURPOSE:      The Salesforce Solution & Project Specialist will support the management, continuous improvement, and evolution of the company’s Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines solid functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce with strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. The position requires flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.

Experience with Salesforce implementations, global template programs, multi-country rollouts, and CRM or B2B Commerce processes will be considered a strong advantage.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, external partners, and system integrators, translating business requirements into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s architecture, processes, and global standards.
  • Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
  • Coordinate Salesforce projects and enhancement initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications)
  • Collaborate with architecture, development, integration, security, and design teams to ensure that proposed solutions address business needs and comply with company standards.
  • Support user adoption through training materials, user guidance, and change management activities.
  • Monitor platform usage and performance, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and simplification.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud platform as Administrator
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of CRM platform (i.e. Data Models, Integrations, Configurations, etc..)
  • 3+ years of Project coordination experience
  • 3+ years in Consulting IT Companies or IT Department of multinational Groups working in similar job positions
  • Experience in managing the implementation or evolution of a CRM/B2B Commerce solution
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
