Senior Account Executive – Retail SaaS Sales
Location: Remote (Must have airport access; travel up to 50%)
Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commission (50/50 split; pilot bonuses included; structure subject to change)

A fast-scaling SaaS company in the retail tech space is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to lead enterprise sales initiatives across major retail accounts. With increasing demand for real-time inventory accuracy and operational efficiency, our platform empowers store associates with actionable insights and end-to-end visibility. Key Responsibilities

Own the Full Sales Cycle: Drive SaaS sales from prospecting through close, targeting enterprise and mid-market retailers. Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, and operations leaders.

Leverage Your Network: Activate relationships with retail decision-makers, consulting firms, and system integrators to unlock new business opportunities.

Manage Complex Enterprise Deals: Lead high-stakes negotiations, contract structuring, and multi-stakeholder sales processes.

Deliver Results: Target $3–5M in ARR with individual deals ranging from $300K to $1M+ in SaaS ACV.

Drive Account Strategy: Use account-based selling and pilot-led approaches to land and expand within target organizations.

Stay Ahead of Retail Tech Trends: Focus on solutions that support RFID-based inventory systems while staying aligned with future non-RFID use cases. Prior experience in Supply Chain SaaS, Order Fulfillment, or cross-over experience in Smart Locker or using IOT in Stores to collect data that is used in SaaS model.

5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in the retail industry.
