Location: Hybrid / Remote - Any City in the U.S. or in the U.K. (Italy, France, Germany, England, Ireland)
Position Overview:
Our Global Software Client (SaaS) is seeking a full-time Human Resources (HR) Specialist passionate about driving a robust business culture globally.
This position will work with our employees, contractors, executives, and business owners to:
- Support HR with compensation and benefits packages
- Support HR with health and life insurance programs
- Implement training and development plans
- Plan and facilitate annual performance reviews
- Plan and facilitate career planning discussions
- Stay abreast of and communicate to employees their eligible benefits
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation in all office locations including France and the United States (two countries of primary focus)
- Ensure HR targets / ratios are meet and exceeded
- Understand industry trends in HR and how our business can take advantage of such trends

Required Experience:
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Experience in enterprise software human resource management functions
- Hands-on experience with Workday – a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process across both the United States and France
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) – both in English and French
- Great listener, negotiator of employment contracts, and operator coupled with tremendous organizational, presentation, and relationship building skills
- BBA/ BA / BSc in Human Resources, Business or related field / MBA would be preferred
