About the Role:
We are seeking Retail Delivery Technology Solution Architect to drive the adoption and on-time rollout of developed SaaS application to RETAIL STORES. This role ensures that retailers successfully implement a developed SaaS application, meet deployment timelines, and maximize operational benefits. This role is not for a Service Oriented professional with that experience only. We need RETAIL, RIFD, brick and mortar retail sales and supply chain SaaS Customer Solution Architects, for this role.
This is not a desk job—it requires active engagement at the right moments, including in stores and at client locations. The role involves working with retailer executives, store-level teams, third-party installers, and system integrators to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot Execution & Success – Ensure that pilot deployments meet predefined success criteria and drive conversion into full-scale rollouts.
- Retail Store Rollouts – Manage and oversee the on-time deployment of developed SaaS application across retail stores, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Customer Adoption & Engagement – Work closely with clients to drive effective adoption of developed SaaS application post-rollout, ensuring long-term success.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams (engineering, product, customer success), and third-party partners (installers, system integrators).
- RFID & SaaS Integration – Ensure a strong understanding of developed SaaS application architecture, integrations, RFID store installations, and related SaaS solutions to support successful deployments.
- Project Oversight – Track project deliverables, address roadblocks, and escalate risks when necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Post-Rollout Monitoring – Oversee adoption rates, system performance, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive sustained customer success.
- Flexible Travel – This role requires travel based on project needs, averaging 50% but varying by client deployment schedules.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in retail store technology deployments (software, hardware, or both).
- Strong background in customer success, program management, or enterprise SaaS implementation.
- Experience with RFID store installations and related SaaS solutions is preferred.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, from store-level operators to C-suite executives.
- Experience in large-scale project execution, retail operations, or in-store technology rollouts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile) are a plus but not required.
