The Change Management Specialist is part of our client's Digital team which is responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and support of global technology solutions. The scope of of the CMS includes end user, CM Team (technical, business, and customer experience) training development and delivery, communication planning, risk and impact assessment of adoption.
This position requires travel.
Change Management Experience Requirements
The candidate must have at least 8+ experience leading and implementing change management for companies varying in size from mid-size to Fortune 500. The primary role of the Change Management Specialist will be to work with the Director of Customer Experience on setting the CM (OCM) Strategy but will then be the lead on the 5 phases of change management: Define, Design, Develop, Deploy, Transition.
Facilitate and co-facilitate alignment workshops with clients
Maintain a detailed understanding of the deployment team’s tasks and activity across multiple projects, including status, release dates, issues/risks, member firm readiness & impact points, and report adoption status to various stakeholders
Meet regularly/as needed with project teams to ensure the team’s involvement in project planning to stay abreast of current project scope and timelines
Work closely with The Director of Customer Experience to develop and validate the team’s change management approach for said technology solution, including readiness planning, plans for adoption, product information site, training, and communications
