SAP MM / PP Functional Analyst
Location/s: Ideal for someone South of Portland, OR - or near Boston, MA - Billerica or even Andover, NH in New England.

Role Summary
The SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable SAP solutions, and delivering end-to-end functionality across MM and PP. This role combines hands-on configuration with cross-functional collaboration, supporting both project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure SAP solutions are aligned with best practices and evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP MM/PP solution design, configuration, and delivery at the project level

Translate business requirements into effective SAP enhancements and process designs

Collaborate across functional and technical teams to resolve complex business challenges

Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, and S/4HANA initiatives

Design and execute unit and integration testing; validate and document results

Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and process optimization

Leverage reporting and query tools to deliver timely, actionable insights

Contribute to SAP standards, governance, and continuous improvement efforts

Provide support for integrated SAP and related business applications
Required Qualifications
-
10+ years of hands-on SAP MM/PP experience across ECC and S/4HANA

Bachelor’s degree required

Strong configuration and business process expertise in MM and PP
-
Experience working in integrated SAP environments; ECM, QM, and PM experience preferred

Proven project delivery and production support experience

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms

Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a complex environment
