Erek Gerth – Vice President, Account Management
Joined ASAP as an Equity Partner and Co-Founder in 2006. Erek is the Key Account Manager working closely with our hiring authorities and internal talent acquisition teams at the clients we serve. He works closely with our clients in taking the search assignment and navigating the entire recruiting process through to offer stage and on-boarding. Erek brings a unique ability to work closely with Information Technology leaders and SAP Professionals alike; which ultimately helps fulfill both candidate’s career goals and client’s staffing needs. Technical and Functional experts in SAP, as well as hiring managers for companies utilizing SAP greatly benefit their careers and organizations, by speaking with an industry specific recruiting expert like Erek. Prior to ASAP, Erek gained 5 years experience in Sales, culminating in the managing of a multi-million dollar ornamental steel supply sales department. He is a husband, a father. a former collegiate athlete, and a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. This is what allows Erek to bring with him a highly competitive spirit, as well as a deep sense of personal and business ethics.
