We’ve been engaged by a global client to help recruit & hire a Supply Chain focused Sr. Business Process Expert. A qualified expert for this role will have a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with demonstrated experience leading Supply Chain focused business process improvement efforts in a SAP global environment.
Our client has undertaken a global business transformation intended to harmonize the disparate operations of multiple international business units into one global, common business system. This global, simple, standard and modern business model is being constructed using agile design principles powered by SAP, S/4 Hana and an industry leading Manufacturing System from Honeywell – Optivision. Additionally, they are developing cutting-edge shop floor analytics, integrating data from our ERP, MES and machine/sensor data for improved real-time decision making to improve quality and gain better asset utilization and yield.
The Senior Business Process Analyst provides the leadership and facilitation required to implement business process improvement, process management and automation during corporate global business transformation and beyond. This individual is responsible for partnering with stakeholders across functional groups to identify, document and drive policy, process and system improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Required Experience: Minimum of ten years’ experience in a supply chain and/or manufacturing environment with a proven record of success in process improvement initiatives. Six Sigma Black belt certification required.
Preferred Experience: Experience in a continuous manufacturing industry preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, business, supply chain management, industrial management, or other related degrees in the process improvement field is required.
