ASAP Talent Services is one of the leading I.T. Executive Search Firms. We’ve been retained by a fast-growing “Managed Services” company to help them recruit & hire a Chief Information Officer.
This role is a newly created and critical member of the Executive Team for a fast-growing company. The client is around $125M in revenue now but is growing through acquisition and expects to double in the next 18 months and growth projects have them in the $300M – $500M range in the next 3-5 years. We need a CIO that can lead the I.T. Organization and work closely with the business stakeholders of 2016 but that can also help with the 3-5 year technology road map, strategy, vision, and execution.
Only local candidates with demonstrated experience in Mergers/Acquisitions can be considered. NOTE: This role wears the hat of an internal CIO as well as sometimes playing a Pre-Sales CIO role interfacing with CIO’s at customer locations and/or even speaking at a Technology Conference as a brand ambassador in the marketplace. Compensation Notes: Many qualified applicants may already be in the $175-$225,000 base + 15-30% target bonus + LTI or Stock/Equity programs. Our client is flexible and can put together a very strong and market competitive package based on tenure, experience, market rates, and compensation history.
